I like that there are 3 speeds. I can only handle the lowest speed. The heating element is nice. I do find that controls could be in a better spot and easy to see while using massager. Did see that there is a different brand that is cordless. Wish I'd seen it before I ordered this one. The cord does seem to get in the way. Otherwise, the easy mode massage feels good on aches on my neck and back.

I found the massager perfect in soothing those areas. I love the 8 deep-kneading Shiatsu massage heads. I should have bought it a long time ago by years. The heat function definitely made the massage experience perfect. I love it and would recommend it to anyone who has neck issues or back issues, especially in places that they can't reach.
