Shipped wrong size blinds

Not happy at all with this shipment. The pkg DID arrive earlier than expected_ but IT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED! I ordered the 2" vinyl slats mini blinds %26 they shipped me the 1" slats! So, the arriving early means nothing, if they're not what I ordered!

This was outside company and not sure of reliability. Package was all damaged and package with hardware was ripped open visibly from outside. The item was the wrong color. Receipt said 2 colors so return was confusing to Walmart associate.
