I bought this heavy duty model after the fancier C model I ordered was defective and so was its replacement exchange. So its not the machine I wanted. However since I got it it works great, zero issues. Just wish it had some of the features that attracted me to the other model in the first place.

Just 3 hours after opening and using the turn wheel got stuck and would not turn anymore. took it completely apart, doused it with oil and seems to be moving again. such a shame for a brand new machine!!! now I have oil coming out of every crack :0(
