After researching patio sets for months, I finally settled on this one in part due to all the 5 star reviews - and now I’m going to add another one. This was a great experience right from the start. As soon as I placed the order, I got a message informing me that the order would arrive in 3 boxes and not necessarily all at the same time. It was good to know in advance because that’s exactly what happened. It’s worth noting that, when you first receive one of the boxes, you can start your assembly. Each box contains all you need for a couple pieces of furniture. The assembly is very straightforward and simple, although it will take you quite a while to put all the screws in. It would be worth it to have an electric or battery wrench (if those exist) or an extra set of hands. I did it alone and it took a couple hours. That said, it was very easy. The patio set looks great and is fairly comfortable. Considering what we paid, the cushions are a little thicker than I expected. They are rain resistant but I’m going to try to keep them out of the rain so that they don’t get soaked (as the company suggests). The cushions slide around on the chairs, but there is a button feature so that you can lock them in place. It’s a little bit of a hassle to have to keep buttoning and unbuttoning, but it does work. It’s a nice-looking set and made our patio a much more usable space.
