I've been using this duvet cover set on my bed for a bit now, and I'm pretty happy with it. The fabric feels soft when I lie down, not rough at all, and it's light enough that I don't feel like there's a heavy layer on top of me. With my down comforter inside, it's warm but not stuffy. The light plaid pattern looks clean and kind of cozy in my room. At first I was worried the light color would show every little mark, but the small checks actually hide small stains and dust pretty well, so the bed still looks okay even if I don't wash it right away. Cleaning it is easy. I just unzip it, throw it in the washer and dryer, and put it back on. No weird shrinking so far, and it's simple to line up the corners and tie my comforter in. It's not a “luxury hotel” thing, but for everyday use, it's comfortable, looks nice, and doesn't give me extra work, which is what I wanted.
