These are my bedbound mother's favorite briefs. We have tried at least five different brands and these are the most comfortable, best fitting and most importantly leakproof of all the briefs we have tried. I would recommend them. Just one tip, don't pull too strongly on the flaps when fastening them, they do tend to rip if you aren't careful and you pull too hard.
