This is great for sore muscles. It's cooling and seems to penetrate deep. It dries quickly and doesn't get on my clothes at all. I was concerned about the green color of the gel but it dries very quickly -- seconds -- and doesn't leave anything on my clothes. And the price Walmart charges are the best. I highly recommend this product from this seller.
