Great idea, but no savings!

The idea of a reuseable frame with filter refills is great, saving material costs after initial installation. The quality of the installed filter appears similar to that of a traditional filter with cardboard frame. Installation requires an extra step of removing the old filter and installing the new one within the frame. Filter refills are priced about the same as traditional filters, so the lower costs of manufacturing and shipping replacement filters benefits the manufacturer and retailer but do not provide savings for the consumer.

Great value for a better product

This set up is TONS cheaper than the ones our air conditioner company wanted to sell us. Once you buy the starter kit (that comes with the frame and 2 filters) all you have to do is buy the filters. I recommend this product and it's a brand I've always used in the past so I trust it.

The frame is very sturdy, will last years for sure. Fit perfectly to my Honeywell air handler. I like how the accordion frame, very easy to install and dispose. Just on time before the heat dome hit and I have fresh and cool air at home!
