Seriously, between these and the pro-daily probiotics, my life has been totally changed. I generally eat a very high protein diet, and when I’m eating clean, I don’t get nearly enough fiber for the volume of food. Instead of chewing on fibrous veggies all day (blech), I take 3 of these, and one probiotic cap, and after the first few days, I have been consistent and regular. Furthermore, and this is kinda gross I guess, every time I go, I only have to wipe once… and that is just a courtesy wipe really. I’ve NEVER had that happen with any consistency. I’m buying this again today!

Great Quality Product.. Higher Strength then other products in market ( 750 mg ) which I believe has help me to get faster results as I have seen many other brands but they are selling at higher prices and only offering ( 500 mg ) This product is much easy to swallow and better then powder which I don’t like the taste.. Did work for me and I will recommend this brand to my friends and family
