I have found the NS Pro Nonstick Cookware, 3.2 Quart Saucepan with Lid, to be perfect for making candy such as peanut butter fudge. The candy rolls out of the saucepan with little effort into the pie pan. This saucepan is excellent quality and a great value. All Clad is the only pots and pans that I use in my kitchen.
