top notch product and company

My husband and I have been using a feather duvet for 2 years. I'm the iguana and he's the furnace! The duvet was fine for me, but far too hot for him. Tired of waking up with 2 layers of duvet on me (that's too hot even for this iguana!), I decided to get a lighter weight one. While researching, I came across Canadian Down and Feather. I used the live chat feature and was directed to the appropriate product. Since there's a no lose guarantee, I ordered it. I was thrilled to receive my new duvet in only 2 days...and we live on a farm in a rural area! Included with my duvet was a HAND WRITTEN card thanking me for my business. A beautiful gesture! We've been using the duvet for about 2 weeks, and we've had some cold nights, and some warmer ones. The duvet has exceeded my expectations. NOT ONCE has my hubby kicked off the duvet, so he's not too hot and I am toasty warm. You will NOT regret buying a duvet from this company. The quality is excellent (I sew a lot, so I feel I have some expertise in this area) and the customer service is a standard to which all companies should aspire.

Cozy

I purchased this down duvet and am quite pleased. I've only had it for a few weeks, but it's fluffed up nicely and is really warm. My partner and I have our thermostat set to 16 degrees overnight, and are warm when we wake up. The fabric feels nice, and it's well-made.

Excellent duvet

I am a repeat customer, already owning a winter weight duvet. However, I find it too hot in the summertime so I went searching for a lighter weight duvet. After considerable browsing online, I came back to the company I knew - Canadian Down and Feather. I was able to get the new duvet on sale and there wasn't much difference in price between this and some other companies I did not recognize. The chat was immediately available and answered all of my questions with ease. I placed my order late afternoon one day and it was on my doorstep at noon the following day. I am very impressed with the quality of my new duvet and it is a great weight for the summer. The customer service is top notch.
