I lost part of my sense of taste, the part that taste sweets. Anything too sweet does not taste good to me so I buy low grams of sugar products. This one is good it has more of a natural sweetening. I like the blueberry taste and the softness of the bites and the added sunflower seeds. They satisfy that sugar craving I get. Perfect for a lunch addition or snack after dinner and sometimes I have some for breakfast. I take them when I travel because they are easy to eat and come in a good resealable bag. The only con I have is they are sometimes hard to get.
