I've been looking for a playpen for my two toy poodles for the yard since I don't have the option of fencing in a yard in my temporary situation. This one is perfect! The height is on point, the little nuggets won't be able to get over it. The spacing between the bars is what sold me mostly. All the others I've looked at have normal like baby gate spacing. Well that wouldn't work for little nuggets cause they are 6 lbs and would just walk right through. But the spacing on this set is ideal. They can see but not get through. Easy to put together, I tried it in my living room. And easy to store. Can't wait for better weather to get them outside!

My Dog Met His Match šŸ˜‚šŸ¾

I did receive this Garvee Pet Playpen Cage for freeā€¦ but let me be very clear, my opinions were NOT included in the shipping box šŸ˜Œ This thing is the Fort Knox of dog containment. Eight panels of steel? My dog looked at it like it owed him money. The 32in height is basically saying you can try to escape, but alsoā€¦ good luck with that, athlete. Setup was surprisingly easy, which is wild because I expected to need a degree in engineering and maybe a sacrifice to the DIY gods. Instead, I just unfolded it like a folding chair and suddenly I had a dog prisonā€¦ I meanā€¦ a luxury pet suite. The gate is actually super convenient. I feel like I'm entering a VIP section every time I let my dog out. Meanwhile, my dog stands there like ā€œI thought this was supposed to be MY house.ā€ It's sturdy. Like, really sturdy. My dog tested it immediately by pushing, leaning, staring at it aggressivelyā€¦ and the playpen did not budge. Honestly, I respect it. If this cage had a personality, it would be ā€œcalm, unbothered, and not here for your nonsense.ā€ Bonus: it actually looks nice. Black steel, clean design so it doesn't scream ā€œdog jailā€ as loudly as some others. More likeā€¦ ā€œminimalist dog containment system.ā€ Would I recommend it? 10/10. My dog is safe, my furniture is safe, and my sanity is safe. Everyone wins (except my dog, who is currently plotting his revenge). If you need a playpen that says ā€œnopeā€ with authority, this is it.
