Very Sharp

Bought this to fillet halibut for next season. Filleted 25 or 30 salmon with it, but I wouldn't recommend it for them. The top part of the blade is a little wide. Very sharp and I'm sure I'll like the halibut filleting results. I've filleted over a half million bottom fish in my life and it's not easy to keep knives sharp. This knife looks to have an exceptional blade.

Great Looking Knife

I love the look and the feel of the handle , the biggest reason I purchased was the heading (semi-flex) I wish it was a bit more flexible , I'll review again after I clean a few fish (mostly flounder and sheepshead), I also purchased 4-oyster knives , I haven't had the chance to use them yet but I am some what disappointed in the workmanship , each point is a little different.
