I've literally lost 75 pounds. when I did run out I gained 6 back. but it's gone now. I did make myself get up and down more often and was able to keep my kitchen clean thanks to some added lose weight supplements and strategies of little changes that complimented well with this green coffee bean. I also did that s once before about 20 years ago where I was on hydroxycut which is using green coffee bean, their main item in the product. I lost100 lbs! I'm still sick I'm still disabled. but I swear by this stuff! also there are several herbal formulas to assist and to help to lose the weight 😁get energy and feel great. I can tell see weight falling off of me! I get up in the morning and immediately feel my belly which. was quite hugs at 265pounds and climbing now I weight 198! so yea, id highly recommend this product. but buy it in biggest size you can before they cost more -then later when we have to pay for the inflation stuff

It works great and no side effects.
I'm new to this kind of product. It actually works pretty well. The only thing I found out that is very important is to take these only after eating something. I took some on an empty stomach and didn't eat all day while going to work. I felt horrible by 8 pm... you have to eat first. Other than that I've lost 9 pounds within 6 weeks and I feel great. I did change my diet with minimal exercise, just walking to and from work.
