Missing stone

I love the design of this ring %26 it is truly very beautiful, very shiny, but it came missing 1 single little tiny diamond. And for some reason a replacement wasn't offered only a refund and I figure maybe I can find someone to fix it for me since it's just that 1 little spot. Shipping did take longer than it was supposed to but not bad really. I tiny missing stone is the only real problem. And it's bothering me more because it's one of the 3 stones that make each the top of each point of the star. I hope in the future this company can do better quality control with an item like this, it's just really noticeable because of the way it was designed.
