Torch with beautiful sturdy design

Beautiful design, holds plenty of fuel. I wish it were a little taller because when I put it about 8 inches into the ground the torch is lower than I expected, but this is my first torch so maybe my expectation was incorrect. We have family get-togethers frequently with kids running around while the adults sit down. I think the torch is high enough to not be of interest to the kids which is what matters most to me.

Mosquito-Free Ambiance

This Citronella yard torch is a beautiful addition to my springtime backyard. The color is a rich turquoise that looks so pretty against the greens of the garden. The metal is cut into a cute pattern. It has a 5-foot-long sturdy stake that is relatively easy to stab into the ground. The stake ends in a pretty sharp point to make this easier and thankfully comes with a plastic cap to cover the sharp end for safe handling. Directions say how to fill up the torch with torch oil. Not combustible oil! The fiberglass wick lasts a long time and the torch can burn several hours on one refill of oil. When you want to put out the flame, the torch comes with a black cap attached by a chain to snuff out the flame. This torch does get hot, so it’s best to not handle it for a while after putting out the flame. Citronella oil can be bought separately to use and keep those pesky mosquitos away. All in all, this torch is sturdy and I highly recommend it! For the price, it would be affordable to line the backyard with these torches and enjoy the mosquito-free ambiance!
