I used to use the competitors brand of the Gentle Hydrating Cleanser (before they changed the formula). It's always sad when your favorite product gets discontinued or changed in drastic ways. Unfortunately, I didn't like either brands of the gentle versions, as the new formula didn't work the same for me as the old-school one. It's like it didn't totally clean, yet was still slightly harsh for sensitive skin even though it was labeled as gentle (if that makes sense). I've been searching for a good replacement that was unscented, safe for the eyes, decent at removing makeup, and had quality dermatologist-approved ingredients like ceramics and niacinamide . I feel like this is it!!! In fact, I may like it even like it better than it's reformulated cousin! It starts out as a hydrating cream, but then as you massage it in, it turns into a very gentle low bubbly lather. My skin was left looking soft, glowy, and radiant, and not overly stripped or dry. I think the search is over and I may have found my permanent replacement. ❤️

This has helped my skin so much. Even as a middle aged adult, I still get acne once in a while, and this has helped to eliminate that. While using a competitor, my skin was dry, but when I switched to this, my skin is much softer and doesn't have any dry areas. Very happy with this.
