Print Quality Disclaimer: The Printing Process: Our sweatshirts and hoodies are printed with a process called Direct-To-Garment (DTG) printing. It’s a state of the art type of printing that makes our designs look true to life! Printing on dark colored garments like black requires a pre-treatment so that colors don’t absorb into the fabric and become dull. The pre-treatment will make the print area of the garment feel a little stiff when you first receive it. Don’t worry! This is totally normal and usually washes out after 2-3 washes on areas where the design is not printed. All our items are made to order just for you! Because of this we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges but don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns about your order.
