Missing parts

The bird feeder comes unassembled. There should be six clips to attach the two trays to the three chains—so six clips right? Two trays to three chains. But there were only 5 clips in the package.

Not for the birds

This was the worst purchase I have ever made. The package comes without the chain attached, and it had separated., extra clips, no markings for attaching and no instructions. You have to measure it out yourself. It was physically impossible for me to open the clips to attach them to the basket. They were too hard to open and the basket rim is very thick. There are no measure marks and the chain catches on Itself making it uneven. I finally gave up and used string.
