If you want a large heavy egg poacher, this is the one for you. I found that it was somewhat difficult to remove the poached egg from the cup it was in. I also found that the cups were a little difficult to remove from the hole they sit in after removing the poached egg. I am a senior citizen with arthritis of the hands and I am not sure how much that might have affected my problems with the cup and removal of the egg.

Love this poacher
I had an egg poacher pan for years but the handle broke so I set out to purchase another. This AEVXKHI Egg Poacher Stainless Steel is better than my previous one. It cooks 4 eggs perfectly and so much easier than using the 'drop into boiling water method' to poach eggs. All you need to do is put a tab of butter in each cup, put some water in the pan, heat the water so the butter melts, drop your eggs in the cups, cover and time your eggs. The 4 cups are plenty deep to hold extra-large size eggs. The little hook that comes with the pan is ideal for lifting the poaching basket. I ordered this online and it arrived fast. The stainless steel cleans easily. If you know someone who enjoys poached eggs and need a gift for them, this would make a lovely gift for them.
