1. Allen wrench should have had Phillips head. 2. Instructions diagram poorly printed and steps not clearly described or barely apparent. Rollers are entirely too small for the weight of the cart even on hardwood floors. Even before putting anything on the cart it can barely roll. I wish I had paid more for something easier to assemble and use. Do not recommend.
