I bought this because it had a lot of really good reviews, and I still think it's a good product overall. My kids just didn't really like the taste, but honestly they can be pretty picky sometimes. I personally didn't think the flavor was terrible at all. I still gave it 5 stars because I think it does what it's supposed to do and the taste issue was more of a kid preference thing than a product problem.

Not just for little kids anymore. I was told to drink more water. Actually what they should have said was drink more electrolytes! By drinking more water I gained weight as edema! 600lbs!!
