Very good choice for a rich, full body, and smooth decaf. Health issues required me to curtail my caffeine consumption and I worried I'd find an acceptable decaf replacement. I tried many varieties, first with the big brands found in supermarkets, then on to smaller online specialty roasters. There may be others that would check all the boxes I look for but Organic Black Knight is the best of the best. I'm curious about the origin of the name but I'm done searching, I found what I was looking for.

I love that this variety comes in Swiss water processed decaf without the chemicals. I've always loved both the regular black knight and white knight coffee, and this is just as good if not better! The bold flavor is there without the caffeine. This will continue to be in my coffee rotation!
