My husband starting drinking this after being out in the sun cutting grass, doing yard work, especially during the summer to help replenish electrolytes after sweating in the sun. Less sugar than Gatorade, and he needs to replace the sodium (per his heart doctor). He likes the taste of the cherry, pomegranate, and strawberry - (he doesn't care for the original green what ever that flavor is lol).
