Great Purchase--easy install; powerful and quiet

Easy to install. Unscrew and remove the old one. Slide new one into the existing slots, and screw it in. The only tool necessary was a screwdriver. Choose your light %26 fan plugs (both work in both outlets). Installation took a total of 5 minutes (maybe 6, to switch the fan plug and light plug after first install!). Sooooo much quieter than the old one: almost whisper quiet. And plenty powerful: bathroom mirror was fully clear immediately after the first shower. No need to wipe it clean.
