Flat vs rounded bifocal

I've never had bifocal before. I'll be keeping these because they're what was advertised. But as a bifocal, I recall that bifocals can have flat tops. This has a rounded top that, if flat, would have stopped lower and had a delineated divide - reading/clear. Now that I've tried these I've learned to avoid rounded bifocals and that I prefer having more clear viewing space on top with a flat bifocal. Good looking frame.
