love that it's a 7 piece set and you can choose which initial you want. Beautiful design. Only one thing I can not rate 5 stars is the feel of the sheets. They feel rough but hopefully after washing, they will feel softer. I would recommend. It's worth what you pay, considering it's a 7 piece set and there are multiple designs that you can choose from.

A Happy Ending

Two months ago I gave a rating of 1 when I was asked to rate this purchase. At that time it was a week after the items should have been delivered and there was no tracking information. I went to the local Walmart and they checked but said they could not do anything and told me to call the Customer Service number which they gave me. When I called the number I found AI is now doing Customer Service and I was not able to talk to a real person and was told I needed to wait longer. This is when I gave my rating of 1. I kept searching and found another phone number and got a real person. This person had no problems with giving me a full refund plus $25 for the inconvenience caused by the lost items. I reordered the items which now cost less with the extra $25 . Within four days the Initialed Bed Sets were delivered to my grand daughters who were very excited to put them on their new bunkbeds. Since I have not seen the Bed Sets in person I am not able to give rating on anything else. Thank you Walmart for remedying the problem in the end. I would suggest that when calling Customer Service an addition phone number be given if AL is unable to solve the problem.
