Glass Plate Broke

Glass plate broke in half same as many others who have commented. GE should be replacing these for the customers or providing compensation for the faulty product. This is obviously a consistent problem and GE has done nothing to address it.

Shattered glass tray

We purchased this microwave new approx 12 months ago and the tray just shattered while warming up some food. This should not happen and appears to be an ongoing issue which has not been addressed.

Low quality glass

Like the other reviewer, my glass plate chipped from normal use by my family putting plate in microwave. GE should replace and talk with their QA at glass supplier.
