I have been ordering this for years now! I love this product. When I am feeling dehydrated, even after drinking a few glasses of water, I add this to a glass of water and ice cubes and enjoy the flavor, it's so refreshing, and I feel hydrated. once you get opening it correctly...

great taste for zero sugar. Nice energy boost full of basic supplements and electrolytes. Easy to carry on the go. Mixing nearly instantly; I sometimes add it to my smoothies. Tip: when opening and your pulling across the pouch pull down against it a little or it won't open correctly and if you don't have a knife on you it'll be harder to open; but once you get it down they open easily.
