I used these wafers for peanut butter balls during the holidays. They melted easily and had nice flavor. Once melted, the chocolate stayed soft and good for dipping much longer that chocolate chips do. That made it easier to get all my balls dipped. I didn't have to reheat my chocolate at all. Everyone absolutely loved the peanut butter balls. They were the first to go. I'll definitely use these wafers again next Christmas when I make more candy treats, if not before.

Perfect for candy making

The texture of the melting wafer when melted is perfect for making dipped candies and cookies. I use these, along with the Great Value Vanilla melting wafers to make Peanut Butter Melt-aways. You simply combine 4 ounces of chocolate melting wafers with 4 ounces of vanilla melting wafers and 6 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter. Melt them in the microwave at thirty second intervals, stirring after each cycle, until it is the consistency of syrup. Pour the mixture into silicone candy molds and refrigerate for a half hour. These candies melt in your mouth!

Easy, and delicious!

This melting chocolate is great and easy to use. I didn't follow instructions on the first cup and burnt it but after I was done being an idiot I read and follow the EASY AND SIMPLE instructions and my melted chocolate came out perfect! Made chocolate covered peanuts for half the cost of store bought ones and they tasted so good!
