It's solidly built, beautiful, and actually works well as a soft ambient light source (like non-flickering candlelight) . It's "fully assembled", you just have to place the woman, the lotus flower, the prayer beads, and the tiny backflow cup for incense cones at the top of the crescent LED. You will have to supply your own own USB power box to get this plugged into an outlet (within 3 feet/ the length of the cord). You can adjust the intensity of the light (up/down) but you can't change the color temperature or set a shut-off timer. You won't be able to turn it on with a light-switch enabled outlet or separate timer either; you have to press a small blue button midway down the power cord EVERY TIME you want it on. There are several versions of this with pine trees or full plum trees instead of the larger blossomed "branch cutting" I bought. Some have small bridges and distant tea-houses. None of them are as cheap as I was hoping to find (%26 I looked exhaustively for 2 months). This was the best deal I saw in all that time %26 it is worth it given the quality.
