The quality built into every Comfort Tech™ Mattress allows us to guarantee it for a period of 10 (ten) years from the date of original purchase. Your Comfort Tech™ Mattress will be replaced in the unlikely event of defects in materials or workmanship which occur during the time of this limited warranty. This limited warranty covers any physical flaw in the mattress that causes the foam to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling. It does not cover conditions resulting from normal wear and tear. Use of the product diminishes the loft of the foam over time. Since this is an anticipated characteristic of the foam, Carpenter Co. makes no warranty with respect to the natural compression of the foam. This limited warranty does not cover normal increases in the softness of the foam, which is an anticipated characteristic of the foam but do not affect its pressure-relieving qualities. Furthermore, Carpenter Co. shall not be obligated to provide warranty service if the product is found to be damaged, burned, cut, torn, misused, stained, soiled, in an unsanitary condition or when product failure is due to causes other than defective material or workmanship. Removal of the cover will void the warranty. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Great comfort and support
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From the carton delivered to the porch to having overnight guests in no time. Long gone are the days of trying to maneuver a mattress up a flight of stairs. The convenience of this boxed mattress is just great. The mattress surpassed my expectations. Most foam mattresses I've experienced did not have good edge support but that was not the case here. The "coil" foam combination made all the difference in the world. My guests loved it! So that's a win for me!

So comfortable!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought a mattress from a box could be so comfortable!!! Not only was it so easy to move into the room I needed it in, it was easy to take out of the box and get set up! The memory foam top is so incredibly comfortable. I have scoliosis and I've had no back pain since beginning to use this mattress!! If you're mattress shopping and looking for a good memory foam option - go with the Comfort Tech Hybrid!!
