The screws and nuts and bolts were no longer in their package upon arrival but were all scattered in the bottom of the box. I have no idea if I received everything and won't know until I put them all together.

After unpacking all of the boxes and unwrapping everything and trying to put together one of the six chairs I ordered., I realized they send 11 left arm pieces and 1 right arm piece. I tried contacting them and have heard nothing. Now I'm sitting here with all these pieces and …..now what?! Extremely frustrated!!!
