I have to admit my expectations for this dvd was pretty low but I was pleasantly surprised. All workouts have a slight warmup but do not include stretching or a cool down. If you are thinking this would have a similar format as 10 minute solution dvds think again. Jenn does the first and last workout. The first workout uses a step and didn't have any complex foot work. If you are expecting a normal step workout then this may not be the buy for you. The second workout has Jennifer Galardi. If you are into dance workouts, you may be familiar with her. Her workout is excellent and the best cued. The last workout has Jenn and uses the kettlebell. Note: If you are not familiar with how to use a kettlebell, some of the moves should not be tried because there is little cueing when it comes to form. That being said I use a 15 pound kettlebell and find Jenn's workout fun and challenging enough to keep my heart rate up.
