I love this raincoat for my 17 pound mini schnauzer. It snaps under the neck and keeps the hood in place and she can see thru the clear view area. Velcro closure is good size for a small dog to a larger dog. I love the elastic for the back legs keeps the coat from sliding around and keeps her dry except for her feet. Maggie doesn't mind wearing it at all.
