Skin Preparation: Skin should be clean and dry; free of oils, creams and perspiration. Wash skin with soap and water, and dry thoroughly before waxing. If the climate is hot and humid, lightly dust the area to be waxed with powder. Store in a cool, dark place.Patch TestBefore each use, always complete a patch test. Apply a test strip to a small area where product will be used, and follow the basic instructions. Wait 24 hours, if skin appears normal, proceed. A slight reddening of the skin is normal for several hours after removal of hair. In cases of extreme skin reactions, discontinue use immediately and do not proceed with full treatment.Instructions for Face & Bikini Use - 3 Easy Steps to Beautifully Smooth Skin Peel. Slowly separate the strips (no need for prior rubbing to warm the wax).†† Press. The little oil wipes are a God send, definitely took the residue off and soothed my stripped to heck skin! These were really easy to use for it being my first time! I literally talked to the box beforehand and said, " Be gentle with me, it's my first time!" :D

If u know or have used waxing techniques on your upper lips u can not ignore this item..The skin feels less irritated and works pretty well..You need to warm it up by rubbing the strip inbetween ur hands and then use it as usual. Though it can be liitle painful for some(may be for 1 sec while u pull out but the output is great. Deadskin and hair all come out in one go. Great product and I would recommend this!

I found this to be almost useless on my upper lip. It was goopy and didn't adequately remove the hair. I ended up using a tweezer. I only purchased this because my usual brand was not available - lesson learned. For reference - middle aged Italian woman.
