This is a nice creamy butter. There are complaints about consistency; I remove all the peanut butter into a mixing bowl and whip with a hand mixer for several minutes, return to the jar. It is thinner than some other brands or even other PB Co favors, but after whipping I am very happy with it.

Old fashioned smooth is creamy, with 2g (includes 0g added) peanuts sugar, and salt. this is popular for cooking and as a dip for veggies and fruits and pretzels. It is less thick than the smooth operator. this one is not as popular for pbj sandwiches for my kids but they like it as a dip for snacks.
