Madden Girl Women's Caden Platform Lug Sole Boat Shoe

I love the style of this lug sole, platform boat shoe. I wanted the timberland boat shoe but cannot see myself spending that much for a trend. This shoe fits a little large. Thick socks and heel guard will help. I wear an 8.5 in flats, a 9 in heels. I purchased an 8.5. That was best as an 8 wiuld not work. The shoe is surprisingly light. I will change out the laces as the burgundy is not quite the same as the photo. I found it reads brownish purple.

The quality of this shoe is perfect for the price. Especially compared to the No Boundaries version which is less $ but there is a difference in the quality of fabric so it makes sense why the Madden Girl is more . My only con is the sizing . When ordering online because this shoe wasnt in my stores Walmart suggested I go with a 9.5 but I normally wear a 9 and I have a slightly wide foot. I still ordered a 9 going by the chart but The 9 is actually (for me) a half isize too big . Im planning on ordering them in 8 5 in the darker brown too . I do not like to wear small shoes ever but I feel the 9 is really too big . J tried a 9 in the No Boundaries version of this shoe that was in store and that fit perfect but I really do think the Madden Girl version runs a half size too big other thn the sizing these boat shoe lugg platforms are so substantial %26 lovely .
