With walls on 3 sides, this sofa-style bed gives the ultimate in warmth while giving a safe, secure feeling of a walled bed. The lowered front provides unobstructed access for even the tiniest of pets. A super-soft removable cushion is easily washable and can be used with or without the heating system. This indoor heated cat and dog bed has been tested & certified by MET Labs and exceeds USA/CA electrical safety standards; K&H doesn't just use safety listed parts; we safety certify the entire product - For indoor household use with 110/120 volt electrical current only. You'll notice that the K&H Heated Bed may not feel warm to the touch when your pet is not on the pad. THIS IS NORMAL! Our products are designed to only warm when your pet is lying in the bed. You can test the pad by placing a large pillow on top of the bed. After about 20 minutes, feel under the pillow. It will feel warm, not hot. If you feel warmth, the product is working as designed. For use with 110/120 volt electrical current only.
Fabric Care Instructions
Unplug and remove the internal Pet Bed Warmer. Wash the entire bed (or only the pillow) on the gentle cycle with cold water. Dry in the dryer on extra-low or no-heat cycle.

A hit with our dog
This heated bed has become our dog's favorite bed. We have three dog beds located throughout the house but he likes this one best. He is a rescue out of Houston, TX. and is not used to cold MN. winters. I'm sure he likes it when it warms up as he lays in it.

a "must have" for cooler months
I bought one of these beds in the middle of July at a great price. It's now the middle of September and the nights are cool in New England. Daisy's feet and paws felt cold which meant it was time to introduce her to her new bed. It was love at first sight! Not only did she instantly knead the soft and lofty cushion, she settled in for a snooze. I had to wake her for dinner; that says it all!
