Breeders, pet owners, and veterinarians have been using K&H Pet Products Original Lectro‐Kennel Outdoor Heated Pads to warm pets for more than 50 years. Use this unique heated dog pad to keep your special pet warm in even the coldest temperatures, whether outdoors or indoors. Its internal thermostats automatically heat to a dog's natural body temperature (about 102°F) and will turn on and off as needed to keep him or her warm and safe. We build this durable heated pad with tough ABS plastic and a 5.5 foot steel-wrapped cord, shielding the product from a dog's chewing while also keeping pets safe. For added protection, drill holes through the outer lip of the Lectro-Kennel and screw it down to the floor or onto the wall. Whether outdoors or indoors, use the K&H Lectro-Kennel anywhere a flat, stable surface is available. Its water-resistant build is perfect for dog houses, porches, garage floors, barns, or even the living room. The K&H Lectro-Kennel Outdoor Heated Pad has been tested & certified by MET Labs and exceeds USA/CA electrical safety standards; K&H doesn't just use safety listed parts, we safety certify the entire product. For indoor/outdoor use with 110/120 volt electrical current only.

You'll notice that the K&H Heated Bed may not feel warm to the touch when your pet is not on the pad. THIS IS NORMAL! Our products are designed to only warm when your pet is lying in the bed. You can test the pad by placing a large pillow on top of the bed. After about 20 minutes, feel under the pillow. It will feel warm, not hot. If you feel warmth, the product is working as designed. For use with 110/120 volt electrical current only.
Fabric Care Instructions
Remove the cover from the bed. Machine wash cover only, separately. Mild detergents, no bleach. Cold water, gentle cycle. Air or line dry. Dry completely before reassembly. Heated pad can be wiped with damp cloth, allow to dry completely before use.

Our dogs love the Lectro Kennel Outdoor Heated Pet Pads. Our outdoor dogs' houses are protected by overhead shelter, shelter on 3 sides and their insulated houses have a cover over the opening. The outdoor pet heating pads provide the final step at keeping them warm and cozy in their houses. We bought 2 from you over 10 years ago and wore them out.. Just bought 3 more and plan to get more. I bought the identical heating pad in 2005 for my desert tortoise. I am to blame for it not continuing to work after almost 17 years because I carelessly got it wet near the cord entrance while washing down the tortoise house. My 75 year old tortoise that has been in the family for well over 50 years could easily live another 25 years. With proper care, I know the heating pad will last.
