I used this for the first time last night. I didn't use the additional "ends cream", my hair is shorter. I focused around hair line around face. I try to get it all over, even the back. I squeeze it into my left hand to get right side of hair over ear. I say all this because I get compliments from my hair dresser. She says it looks professional. I noticed nothing harsh in this dye. I used the brown color. It's not too dark. Looks great I'll buy it again. Before you dye your hair make sure you are rested, went to restroom, and have 1 hour plus to style afterwards. Give yourself a little time, of course you deserve it.

Quarantine Crazy Mode..

I haven't used box dye in many MANY years. I have a ton of gray and COVID quarantine has caused desperation..no just boredom. (Maybe a teeny bit desperate too) I purchased the BERRY BROWN. I figured I would share my journey from pre-berry brown (gray and not certain what my hair color is, other than faded. My usual color is Matrix 5M 6N equal parts and Lightmaster 20V HL. However, I relocated and the salon used one of the colors and the other half is unknown. Faded quick but.. that's always the case due to gray. I appreciate the previous reviews that specifically mentioned good gray coverage. Always helpful. So. Today, I'm going to wash my hair and follow with deep treatment mask. Wait (impatiently) a day or two and color. In a couple of days from now I'll either edit, add to or simply update my review..with pic. Ladies, stay well, stay beautiful, keep smiling and chin up! This too shall pass. Many blessings. I'll post with end result on Wednesday, Thursday at latest.
