The mattress is firm enough that you don't feel like you're sinking down and it gives nice support for your back. My sister said this, and I also slept on it and made my mom lay on it, it's so good. I have back problems so this is firm but not so hard it hurts and it is not so soft that your back goes through and make your back problems worse. I genuinely think we found the mattress brand for us for, I will be getting from this company for Queen, King and our full bed because love this mattress. The picture is my sisters room. She absolutely love this mattress and was excited!!!! (it also came with the white thing pictured, it helped with opening the package and I plan to use that for other things so appropriate that they included it in the box)!!!!!
