The bottom of 1 chair had mildew, when I contacted the customer service to request a replacement they said they can't do it, and I need to contact the seller, which I did . After almost 2 days they asked me to send pictures of the mildew which I did, then I didn't hear from them for almost a week, I got an email saying g si ce we didn't hear from you that means the problem was resolved. Very bad service.
