Quality herbal tincture.
Purchased for my teen daughter who is autistic and has difficult periods. It has helped her cycle to be more regular and calmed some of the PMS symptoms. She took it without issue either from the dropper or made into tea. Personally I was not a fan of the flavor, and hazelnut is usually my choice for coffee. Love that it's in a nice glass bottle.
