2: Our pull out organizers just be installed by bottom mount, not by side mount.

Check for any obstructions inside the cabinet (i.e. pipes, electrical outlet, baseboard, etc.) that may cause installation issues.
2 Installation Heights To Adapt to Different Cabinets
The frame structure has two different installation options that can be decided by consumers,just adjust the mounting holes, No matter it is a face-frame cabinet or a frame-less cabinet, this pull-out fits perfectly into the cabinet.
When installing the wire basket, there are two heights to choose from ,which can easily solve the problem that the wire basket cannot be pulledout due to the lip of the cabinet. Pls make sure your lip is not more than 1.39".
Minimum height is 3.5 inch, maximum height is 4.5 inch.
