3rd party Customer service sucks
I had bought item but had to cancel order due to finding another similar item in store. Company did inform me cancellation wasn't possible due to item being shipped but I could return and receive refund once received. When Item arrived It went straight to Walmart to be return and was informed 3P will issue return once item was received. 3 weeks go by and tracking number showed that item was received and refund was not issued, reached out to 3P and instead of issuing full refund as promised they suggested a 10% refund and to keep item. I had already returned item and the company had received item, back and brand new in box! I would have only received 10% refund and item no longer in my possession! Buyer beware if item has defect they could recommend the same solution or even worse. I'm sure item once built would have been nice, but this 3rd party customer service was Garbage.
