Of all the china storage & protection options available, this product is by far superior compared to any other. The most valuable features are as follows: sufficiently reinforced walls (sides/top & bottom); sturdy handles for transporting (a 12 piece place setting does get heavy); a window for viewing the contents & adequate felt disks to place in between each dish for added protection. It is exactly as it is described. It will hold your cups and provide some protection for them. It is made of canvas so it is not really sturdy once it is loaded. You could provide an extra layer of support by cutting a piece of cardboard to fit in the bottom of the chest if you need to move it around a lot. For me it is just going to be sitting under a bed on a carpet floor so it works just fine. Well worth the purchase price if you value the china (or whatever) you are storing.
