these definitely aid you when dealing with congestion. taste pleasant. I got these expecting a strong medicinal taste but they do not! I pop one into my hot tea when I'm stuffed up or if I'm dealing with a sore throat. definitely works! also so inexpensive to keep these on hand. way better price point than the name brand. I like these better then the name brand . They are nice and strong and have fewer bad ingredients than the name brand . I'm very sensitive to sugar additives . Relieves throat soreness almost instantly and clears sinuses. As a Walmart associate I like to try all the different things our store has . This time the equate brand is definitely better then the Vicks
