I buy Dairy Relief for my son because he has to take it almost every day because I use dairy products when I cook and he eats most of what I cook. I buy these quite often since as I have gotten older my intolerance has increased in severity. I largely try to avoid dairy but I cannot give up ice cream, pizza or lasagna. I keep a couple of these in all of my purses, totes and backpacks. They have yet to fail me. They taste pretty good. Just remember based on the amount of dairy consumed you might need to take more than one.
